Thanks for shopping at Silver Ticket Products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The seller has a right to refuse a return from a damaged or defective item when the item can be fixed by sending parts as a warranty. If the seller approves a return of an item that could have been fixed by the sending of a warranty part, the customer may have to pay for return shipping and forfeit any shipping fees already paid by the customer.
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All open-box items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Upon receiving the item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Since shipping costs are non-refundable, you must pay the cost of return shipping.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the screen was refused upon delivery or returned without reason or prior approval, shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
